Concert premiere: Sunday 9th May
Birds and Nature
Composers over the last four centuries have been fascinated by birds and their song. Petris Vasks defines birds as “a bridge between the earth and heaven”; Elisabeth will present compositions from the past 70 years, inspired by birdsong.
As part of the festival’s Green Mission, Elisabeth has chosen to complete the following task provided by Harmonic Progression: to buy from environmentally-friendly businesses.
